About this artwork
In my oil painting I have captured the powerful presence of an elephant and expressed my deep admiration for this majestic animal. Using impressionistic brushstrokes and figurative representation, I tried to bring out the texture of his skin and the wise radiance of his face. This artwork is intended to bring the quiet strength and earthy energy to any environment, reminding the viewer to appreciate and preserve the beauty of nature.

Peter Crestani is a Swiss artist whose works have been featured in numerous solo exhibitions nationally. Describing his art as lyrical, his unique style "surfs" between many.
