About this artwork
Untitled: A composition as a harmonious balance between color, form, and structure. The abstraction transforms in the ongoing process.
The motif is then transformed into a color-compositional unity. In the next step, the motif itself metamorphoses. Within the motif, the image, evolving from its initial dynamism, acquires its final aspect in its narrative statement. A modern painting method follows this development intuitively and observantly.
We… are dealing here with a process of consciousness in which the various stages of image construction correspond to the construction of external reality. For me, the abstract image is therefore only an intermediate stage in the formation of form.
