Micah is the name of a fashion model who shaped herself into a permanent artwork of fashion. She always has a flashing outlook, which is expressed in this colourful flashing portrait. This painting is another example of portraits in a (new) series of girls depicted with colourful fragmented faces. The different coloured patches follow the surface of the face to give an impression of depth.
