Peter Munro, a painter who resides in the Scottish Highlands, has exhibited his works in Sweden and the United States. Capturing a varied range of subjects, color and light are integral to his pieces. Drawing inspiration from his travels as well as the rugged landscape and wildlife in the Highlands, Munro works using mainly oils. He also incorporates gold and metal leaf in his decorative compositions.
