I think - pretty much everyone has had a bad dream or a nightmare. The reasons are probably bad or unprocessed everyday things or memories. When you're asleep, surreal, exaggerated things happen in your head that leave you at a loss when you remember the dream. It's good -- when you wake up, it's over.
