About this artwork
This painting is very multi-layered, in the truest sense of the word. Not every work succeeds right away. Sometimes the artist struggles with it. In such a case, layer upon layer is applied, which makes the image appear denser and gives it depth. The title "peaceful coexistence" describes the intense color areas that lie harmoniously next to each other without competing. The dynamic design language is alive without being excited. the two-piece work… of art can be joined together in 4 different positions, which can each be rotated by 90 and 180 degrees. The individual canvases are 100 cm x 120 cm. Depending on the variant, the entire painting is 200 cm x 120 cm wide/high or 240 cm x 100 cm wide/high. Due to the many possibilities, this picture always remains exciting. The pasty applied materials consist of stains, lacquers, ink and acrylic paints. Several coats of varnish give the work a matt sheen.
