About this artwork
This large-format, four-part picture has been with me for a long time. It lived a sad existence in a dark corner of my studio. It was time to bring the work into the light and give it a thorough revision. The story that this picture tells is also about light and shadow. A very feminine torso jumps dynamically and powerfully from the dark corner at the bottom left diagonally into the light at the top right. All of my works are full of positive energy…
thanks to the bright colors and dynamic shapes. With this work I would like to inspire women in particular to love their bodies and to shine strong and self-confident and stand in life. This painting will bring light into your rooms and inspire you every day.
