About this artwork
Expressionist to semi-abstract oil painting with broad and dynamic brushwork in layers, partly modeled with filler
In my work, oil paints blend into an expressionistic to semi-abstract expression of nature. I play with realism and expressionism to capture the emotional essence and fleeting beauty of water lilies. Their delicate blossoms reflect tranquility and inner balance, bringing vibrant, calming energy to any home. This painting is a tribute… to the quiet power of nature that constantly surrounds us.
