About this artwork
The Lines Between is an abstract work that demands only visual appreciation and does not depend on explanation. It may, however, unlock memories and emotions unique to each viewer who comes across the sculpture and makes it their own.
The artist does not give much away about his motivation for making sculpture, preferring the viewer to form their own interpretation.
Cast in solid bronze and mounted on an oxidised brass base. The natural bronze… is exposed at the extremities, finely rubbed and lacquered for protection.
It can be sited outdoors in carefully selected positions where it's delicacy will be appreciated and not lost in a wider landscape.
