During lockdown, many artists models have found themselves out of work. Brighton Draw has continued to support life models throughout the pandemic by giving them regular online life drawing sessions as well as supplying artists with resources to work from. I have supported the scheme since its inception last year and continue to return… to the nude every so often, as someone who is fascinated by the human figure and as someone who teaches life drawing.

Philip Tyler is a painter, draftsman, and printmaker based in the United Kingdom whose works have been exhibited in England and Poland. In addition, his art is featured in the permanent collections of the Brighton Museum & Art Gallery, the Peterborough City Gallery, etc. Tyler is fascinated by images that fuse physicality with opticality, which he refers to as "the idea of chaos and exactitude".
