About this artwork
In this painting, Alba becomes an imaginary territory where fish swim through thoughts, where flowers bloom from emotions, and where a small lizard symbolizes instinct, adaptation, and rebirth. Colors replace words to tell the story of a free and poetic inner world.
Through this work, I wanted to evoke the precious power of imagination: the power to transform dreams into realities, to give birth to hope where the world sometimes seems too dark,… and to remind us that our differences and individualities should be a collective wealth, a creative force, and not a pretext for conflict.
Alba offers us her light, her love and her hope, as an invitation to believe again in the beauty of the world and in that of human beings.
« My world is that of an eternal teenager, who, thanks to colors, invents new horizons. »
Philippe Seigle, a painter based in France, has exhibited his works nationally, as well as in Brazil, Italy, the United States, Mexico, and Morocco. Having lived in several exotic countries, Seigle was influenced by and has kept his penchant for bright colors. Describing himself as a naive colorist, his compositions feature characters whose paths intersect. His vibrant pieces are created using acrylics on canvas.
