Quest'opera è dipinta su di uno specchio stradale recuperato, un oggetto che aveva sempre vissuto fermo ad un tranquillo incrocio di campagna fino a quando un temporale non lo ha fatto cadere. Salvato e ripulito, lo specchio ora rinasce come opera d'arte. Il suo design, che include una spirale di parole, mira a evocare l'introspezione e l'autoconsapevolezza, trasformando qualsiasi spazio in un luogo di riflessione e armonia. In questa opera volevo…

Piero Casarin is an Italian painter and sculptor whose works have been widely exhibited throughout Italy. Piero is not content to represent reality objectively, but reworks it by sharing not only what he sees, but how he sees it.
Piero uses quality jute canvases that he assembles himself, also carrying out the necessary treatments to prepare them. As for the works on sheet metal, the material used comes from agricultural structures in the areas of Asolo and Monfumo, purchased directly from local farmers. The shaped cardboards are recovered from industries that use them to transport PVC reels.
His choice to paint on reused or self-prepared materials is fundamental: an attention to the ecological dimension of art.
It's time to dream, and to think. From July I will limit my artistic activity, and my online presence. Do not hesitate to contact me to receive information on paintings that you have seen in the past, or that you would like to see in the future.
