SHOGUN is a work that is part of my series dedicated to the Shadoks.
This time I wanted to represent the Shadok chief as a Shogun to take him out of the usual context of king of the Shadoks. He proudly holds a banner "I LOVE RAMEN" in Japanese.
It is a work full of energy with a humorous vocation featuring characters who are all as absurd as each other but terribly anchored in popular culture and still relevant today.
This work works equally… well on light or colored walls and I prefer industrial-style walls where I think it really comes into its own.
