About this artwork
The Faces of Consolation
In a world engulfed by fear, shaken by violence, bruised by suffering, I want to bring a little Joy and Consolation through the multiple faces of a Face: that of infinite Love, which, I believe , remains in our Heart, whatever Night we go through, and constantly invites us to Consolation...
For this work, I developed a Scribble technique, so that this Bouille, through its indeterminate or 'rough' aspect, is more 'alive',… and can thus better transmit the energy that inhabits me...
