There are symbols of structures and bombs falling from the sky, but executed with beautiful vibrant colors and texture which convey a feeling of hope. It is easy to feel helpless about such broad issues in our world, but paintings like this help to express them and this…
painting was very cathartic for me as an artist. I hope it has the same effect on the viewer. At its very core, this painting is meant to be an expression of beauty and hope for a brighter, more conscious future. It is also painted in a playful way and could also been seen as symbolic of the chaos of traffic. Whatever you see in this painting, the same applies: "Don't F#?K With My Peace".
