About this artwork

A mysterious and magical painting that is both an extension of my female series and a throw-back to my childhood wonder of growing up in the mountains and woods. The muted color palette is used effectively to accent the magical elements and wonder of the painting. There is a peaceful aura to this piece, and one of healing and a connection with all things. Semi-inspired by my interest in the druids of Ireland.
