About this artwork
Unpublished and innovative series composed of a set of works made on palm fiber support, which the artist intertwines and uses as a canvas. Ramón Juan draws on the same nature to create a second skin for the palm tree, which later allows him to express himself. That canvas born from the palm tree is the hallmark of its origins. In this series, the artist uses his works as an interior cleaning. The purpose is not to express or capture your feelings…
but to get rid of as many of them to start and let a new stage flourish full of other sensations that allows you to continue with your artistic evolution and inner growth. This set of works was presented for the first time in the exhibition "Roots of experimental expressionism" that took place in the Villanueva Pavilion of the Real Jardín Botánico de Madrid.
