"Opening" is a work from the series "The Exploration of Time and Space". The German artist Rani B. Knobel explores the emergence of form and space in an abstract manner.
Shapes accumulate, crystallize and dissolve again in the wide space.
Created in a meditative time, this work invites the viewer to find peace themselves. This image conveys a quiet joy that spreads from the point of crystallization into space. Soft, light colors convey the feeling… of peace and tranquility.
Acrylic paints were glazed in many layers, bright white, soft orange contrasted with dark brown, the layers of paint create very fine color nuances and structures.
The work is signed on the back. The canvas is mounted on a stable stretcher frame. The picture can be hung directly on the wall, the side edges are brightly painted.
