Plant inspiration – Jean-Marie Pelt Botanical Garden
Dandelions, fragile clocks of light, stand before patterns that seem both ancient and futuristic, as if the memory of civilizations and the momentum of worlds to come were intertwined there.
Each egret ready to take flight becomes a seed of thought, a promise of germination.
The work stands "at the gates": neither yet harvested, nor already forgotten, but in that suspended moment where the… act of sowing contains the whole future.
The background acts as a secret score: it inscribes the immemorial cycle, reminding us that each sowing is also an offering to time.
Here, modernity and the ancient come together: the ephemerality of breath and the permanence of forms, the fragility of the plant and the rigor of the pattern.
The viewer is invited to cross this threshold, to feel that in each seed lies an infinity of worlds, and that the act of sowing is always an act of trust in the invisible.
