Plant inspiration – Jean-Marie Pelt Botanical Garden
A solitary tulip rises, an orange flame amidst the grass, as if nature had condensed within it the momentum of millions of years. Its open petals are not only an offering to the sun, but the visible imprint of an invisible process: the slow writing of life by time.
Behind it, the dark, geometric pattern acts like a fossil memory, a secret mechanism where chance and necessity intersect. The… flower then becomes more than an apparition: it embodies the tension between the simplicity of a natural gesture and the infinite complexity of the forces that shaped it.
In this confrontation between the organic and the abstract, the work invites us to contemplate beauty as a fragile, improbable, but inevitable emergence. A form born from chaos, become a sign.
