About this artwork
The largest painting I have attempted and it was very much at snails pace for me, I found finishing this painting very hard! But I think, its finished albeit at a Snail’s Pace.
A textured mixed media painting that is vibrant and the colours are calming.

« Vibrant colours are the main substance of my artworks. »
Rashna Hackett is an experienced British artist with national exposure. She paints intuitively, without any strict plans, allowing instinct to guide the creative process and reacting spontaneously to strokes of color. Inspired by her rich childhood experiences in East Africa, she composes works that represent her perception of life: dynamic and complex, forever being deconstructed and reborn.
