About this artwork
This painting is a part of "Resin seascapes" series. Second Beach is an actual place in South Africa, in this artwork pictured from above. Beautiful Beach, but usually dangerous sharks are not far away. Work is technically 3D resin art with details (hand painted shark swimming near beach, coast is made using real sand). Rasko uses resin as a main medium and mixes it with pigments and acrylic paint to get the desired tint. Then uses fire and hot air…
to manipulate viscosity of resin and achieve the desired effects of waves and sea foam.
