About this artwork
This artwork has been produced to reflect my interest in stencil pattern and placement. The background was completed with the use of a catalyst wedge to build layers of subdued pastel hues. the pod shapes blocked out with a white border create a sense of contrast drawing the viewer's eye to the more intricate pattern detail.

Rebecca Warr is an award-winning artist based in Australia whose paintings have been featured in several solo exhibitions nationally.
