About this artwork
My favorite vacations as a child were always the ones where we traveled to the sea, most often to Aqaba on the Red Sea. The mountains there's were always really bright in contrast with the sea and they changed from deep purples to bright pinks depending on the time of day. Aqaba was the inspiration for this painting.
