About this artwork
In this piece, I chased the raw energy of the tension in the dance between animals, blending acrylic and pastel to evoke a vivid, primal feeling. It is a dance I see so often on the ranch: a horse jumping away from a snake being teased by a bird. Custom black wooden frame. Framed dimensions 61" x 37".
