About this artwork
A study on sky. Imaginative, perhaps remembering my recent visit to the White Sands National Park in New Mexico, USA.

« I am in constant visual awareness of the world around me and experience painting as an intellectual activity but with the immediate action as intrinsic and intuitive. »
Rhea Cutillo is an artist based in the United States whose paintings have been widely exhibited nationally. Captivated by the expansive freedom of vast landscapes that venture into the unknown, her works are expansions of space into the immaterial, cerebral, and emotional realms. Cutillo's distinctive compositions are most often created with oils and oil pastels on canvas, linen, or wood.
