About this artwork
Picture this: a stunning dahlia I spotted while walking my pet Harvey. It was so captivating that I had to capture it on camera, even from a distance of 35 yards! Later, I used this photo as a reference to create my Dahlia Flower painting.
I decided to paint it semi-abstract, deviating from my usual realistic approach.
Floral paintings such as this one can truly transform any space. The use of colours in this piece can evoke positive emotions… and moods, bringing a touch of nature and elegance.
