About this artwork
My intention in creating this work of two Blooming Water Lilies in the middle of a dark environment was precisely to generate a great contrast of colors. This is how I perceive life at this moment, with great contrasts. I am convinced that even when many things can be perceived as quite dark, they precisely help others to appear even brighter.
The photos of the Work are taken outdoors, and indoors with warm light to appreciate how the yellows and… whites stand out. In fact, the Work has a lot of contrast produced between the dark colors, the black and the other colors, so I suggest you have a warm light nearby to produce a better effect.
