Series: "Listen to the silence"
Inspired by the silence that inhabits the interior of the human being.
These two Works are related to a trip I made to Dharamsala, McLeod Ganj, a small town at… the foot of the Himalayas in northern India, an incredible place, where most of those who live there are Tibetan refugees. (It is also where the Dalai Lama Temple is located.) I got a great apprenticeship there. That place and its people have much to teach us about the true essence of Being, meditation and the importance of learning to be in Silence.

« The journey is endless, like a mirror of the infinite universe. This is what I try to transmit in each painting: my commitment to learning about it all. »
Ricardo Fabian Bertona is an established Argentine painter with national exposure. Always creating from an emotional impulse, he paints through a variety of styles, from realistic portraits to abstract compositions and serene natural landscapes. This diversity reflects his intention to constantly learn and grow as an artist and a person; his work encourages each viewer to do the same.
His internationally recognized paintings are found in private collections around the world, in countries such as the United States, England, France, Germany, Sweden, Portugal, Slovenia, Romania, the United Arab Emirates, and Argentina.
What I try to convey in each painting: my commitment to life and to myself.
Each work carries its own energy, the colors, shapes, lights and shadows will touch each person in a different way.
