The universe is not silent. It never has been.
Frequencies is a work that makes the invisible visible: the waves, signals and vibrations that traverse space and that the human eye cannot normally perceive.
Against a deep black background dotted with white dots like a starry sky without a horizon, currents of sky blue, golden yellow, white, red and green flow and intertwine in organic and sinuous shapes that simultaneously recall ocean current maps,… colliding subatomic particles, and scores of music that has no name yet.
The surface texture is extraordinarily rich: the acrylic cracks in some areas creating an almost geological effect, while the ink traces precise contours that organize the chaos without taming it.
The white dots in the background are not decoration: they are the fabric of space itself, the background noise of the universe upon which all other frequencies are superimposed.
