About this artwork
In this screen print Richard Peacock has constructed a vibrant image using overlapping circular grids from from a pallet of primary colours and black. The strong optical effect of this work is partially caused by the fact that the lines of the circular grids are unevenly spaced, so the overlapping circles move into and out of phase.
