About this artwork
The Ltd Edition Hand Embellished print is of my original oil painting of a ballerina dancer pirouetting in the spotlight in a stop motion sequence. It's a romantic composition, full of drama and emotion. She's oblivious to the viewer in her performance as swan lake's Odette.
The museum quality giclée print is produced by myself using my Epson Sure Colour P9000 wide format professional printer on 350gsm heavyweight premium satin artists water resistant… canvas at a high definition 2880 dpi, using Epson UV resistant 10 colour 100% pigmented inks which are guaranteed lightfast.
The hand embellishment comprises of the application of acrylic to give texture, enhance brush strokes and replicate the original as closely as possible. It is varnished for resilience and is waterproof, hence glazing is not required.
This superb original print has the look and feel of the original oil painting, is mounted on 6mm ph neutral board and framed in a high quality, solid wood, smooth black tray frame.

Richard Young is an artist based in the United Kingdom whose paintings have been exhibited in England and Taiwan.
