About this artwork
This hard edge geometric abstraction is inspired by the Atari video game of 1980. Consisting of 6 horizontal bars in shades of violet surrounding a vibrant lime green rectangle set against a background of Naples yellow. The horizontal bars are juxtaposed over smaller section of violet bars giving the movement a sense of scrolling motion down the canvas. The horizontal bars wrap around the edge of the canvas. The artist has signed the piece on…
back of canvas as not to distract from the smooth surface. The canvas is wired and ready to hang in orientation shown or can be oriented in direction of collectors request.
