This painting was inspired by thoughts about the evolution of ideas, of personal growth. It is also about change and how change comes in steps not big jumps but subtle over time. Sometimes we don't know where the change is leading us and we just trust and somehow know it is for the better. In the painting the colors and elements are subtly changing but are still connected to each what came before.

« I often think that what we can't see is more real than what we see with our eyes. »
Robert Piatek is an American artist whose paintings have been exhibited in the United States. He relates his work as being the physical expression of his thoughts, feelings, meditations, and musings about life, the universe, alternate realities, and mystical worlds, as well as other unanswerable questions. Piatek's abstract expressionist pieces also give physical expression to his continuous search into who he really is and how he fits into this vast cosmos.
