About this artwork
Instead of using paper as a flat surface, I decided to experiment working with its thickness.
A material measuring 0.26 millimeters (or 0.039 inches) could be very challenging.
Following this idea, I used 249 individually hand cut pieces of paper to create a 3D shape that - with minimal shape variations - represents movement and flow.
The artwork is protected by a custom made acrylic box measuring 10 x 10 x 5,4 cm (3.9 x 3.9 x 2.1 inches).
