About this artwork
This work was born from the artist's contemplation of an old paper mill on a summer afternoon. The geometry of the structure also stylistically recalls the sky in a perfect aesthetic osmosis. The phrase, by Hegel, underlines the conceptual importance of every human work that, many times, is hidden behind its apparently insignificant aspect.

« Art touches upon the strings of the sensitivity in the observer. »
Robero Izzo is a prize-winning Italian artist whose paintings have been exhibited nationally. Inspired by his surroundings, his works recount the realities in which he is immersed through feelings. Izzo enjoys portraying various places and their peculiarities through the lens of a sensitive and dreamlike vision. He likens his simplification of forms and composition as a synthesis from the figurative world that almost reaches the abstract.
