With Passage's a new approach to painting based on gestures is experimented. So an action painting, fast. The pictorial material and the irrational way of how it is applied on the canvas as basic elements for a generally abstract painting, a true expression of the creative moment.
A fundamentally abstract work: an equestrian figure in motion emerges from a green-blue background. The composition is balanced by a suspended element, a red-orange focal… point complementary to the background colors.
The work was painted on canvas using acrylic colors. It is mounted on a wooden frame and stapled on the back. Finally, a layer of transparent final varnish was applied to ensure the durability of the color over time, all high quality materials. The painting was signed front and back.
