About this artwork
A timeless, reflective painting, the human presence is strongly implicit but non-existent in the landscape. The visions of all those Microcosms emerge that an instant later can become Macrocosms, internal landscapes appear from the color as something elusive, irrational that attracts attention more than explainable things.
A title that evokes a particular inner journey, a simple and minimalist composition.
In this painting, the geometric composition… of the work allows the transverse white band to be the main character.
The work was painted on canvas using acrylic colors. It is mounted on a wooden gallery frame and stapled on the back. Finally, a layer of transparent final varnish has been applied to guarantee the durability of the color over time, all high quality materials. The painting was signed front and back

Rocco Manniello
Italy
« What I pursue in my painting is the arousal of moods and the suggestion of emotions. »
Rocco Manniello is an artist based in Italy whose paintings have been featured in solo and group exhibitions nationally. He does not define himself as a painter, rather, as an "ethusiast of colors and a craftsman of visions". In Manniello's bold environmental abstracts and atmospheric images, the human presence is implicit, yet non-existent in the emotionally evocative landsape.
