« Since I can remember I have always believed in Art and spirits. »
Rolando Vazquez is a multidisciplinary Cuban artist whose works have been exhibited nationally, as well as in the Dominican Republic, Colombia, the United States, Senegal, and Mexico. He employs the respect and love he feels for his land to address themes such as life, religion, politics, the spirituality of Cubans, and the human miseries that surround us. Vazquez's art is experimental in nature, due to the varying materials, techniques and "manifestations" he communicates through.
