About this artwork
Exit Plan is an abstract composition that plays with layered geometry and contrasts in tone and texture. Subtle transitions of white, beige, and warm yellow are intersected by deep black forms and a vivid pink edge that seems to pulse with energy. The result is a visual dialogue between control and spontaneity — between architectural order and emotional intensity.
This work is part of a larger series… of abstract paintings exploring structure and escape, where blocks of color suggest both boundaries and openings. Each piece in the series balances minimal composition with expressive layering, creating a sense of movement within stillness. The neon accents give a contemporary edge, adding vibrancy to the otherwise muted palette.
Acrylic on canvas, hand-painted in multiple translucent layers to build depth and texture.

« Layers of street posters fascinate me with their seemingly random shapes, colors, and texture... changing over time. »
