About this artwork
This cougar is one of the first animals I made using the Fluidart technique. I decided that this cougar should be part of the "Fluid portraits" series but at some point it may also be part of a series of animals.

Roque Reyes is an experienced Mexican artist with international exposure. His paintings can be divided into two main themes: the first being the realistic representation of his culture- he is Oaxacan of Zapotec origin- and the second a surrealist, dreamlike style. Shifting between the personal and the universal, Reyes reflects the confusion, chaos and beauty of the human experience.
