About this artwork
I was about nine years old when my grandparents took me to a planetarium. From that day on, I wanted to know where the universe came from. I wanted to know where all that dark "empty" space that contains everything came from. The very next day, after visiting the planetarium, I decided to "put" the universe inside a shoe box and try to figure it out who built the box to begin with. This inspired me to make a painting. Here it is.
