This piece features Ukrainian national wear including embroidered shirts, embroidered shawls as their head wear that was common at the time, flowers and ribbons, many strands of corals around their neck indicating their wealth, and a fur lined vest on the girl to the right. A beautiful representation of the ethnic origins that are popular today as well. The artist looks towards her Ukrainian heritage to create this piece.
