« Each line is now the actual experience with its own innate history. It does not illustrate, it is the sensation of its own realization. -Cy Twombly »
Ryan Coleman is an experienced painter and sculptor based in the United States whose works have been featured in solo and group exhibitions nationally. He describes his art as being a fusion of the formal elements in cartoons and animation mixed with abstraction. In his artistic practice, Coleman enjoys oscilating between the abstract and the representational. His striking compositions are most often created with acrylics on canvas or Plexiglas.
