About this artwork
This work is part of the "Zone" series. The Zone series explores a space that is both defined and unstable. With Zone, the painting does not seek to represent a place, but to evoke an experience: that of an interior space, circumscribed yet fluid, where boundaries are constantly being redefined.
The area then becomes a place of tension: between control and relaxation, between structure and dissolution.
This frame does not protect, it isolates.

Inspired since childhood, Säme has evolved from drawing to abstract expressionism, through art direction. Imbued with the colorfield painting style, she creates a powerful contrast with colors, generating a captivating visual dynamic. Säme's works depict a maze of emotions, oscillating between light and dark, rigidity and abundance.
