In Anahata, the straw becomes a living surface.
The colours emerge in layers, the forms fit together with precision, allowing the light to reveal reliefs and nuances.
The geometric composition imposes a framework, but energy flows freely.
Each element finds its place in a calm and profound balance, inviting contemplation.
Inspired by the heart chakra, this work speaks of harmony, breath and… connection — between matter, space and gaze.

I am a self-taught artist whose primary medium is straw marquetry, reimagined in a contemporary style. I employ meticulous techniques, playing with materials, light, and perception, oscillating between surface and volume, stability and transformation. My graphic style makes each piece an evolving visual experience. My work conveys an emotion of sensory and poetic discovery, inviting the viewer to contemplate light as a revealer of matter and to experience something unique depending on their position and surroundings.
