Swiss artist Sabine Jo Balerna was born in 1971 and lives and works today in Lake Biel. She is mainly responsible for media painting and painting ink. She is very passionate about the interaction between light and color. She completed her apprenticeship at the Berne School of Design, partly self-taught and through Thun's design/work workshop.
