About this artwork
There are two themes in this piece, one being pathways and the plans to go from here to there. The artist imagines a road map. At the same time, she looks at buildings under construction and sees the positive and negative space as the girders are erected. This structural aspect for her reminds her of the way the thoughts are created, piece by piece, experience by experience. The paths we take result in a hierarchy of connections. Some are positive…
experiences and some negative are necessary to teach us a better path.

« My work looks at the differences between AI calculations and human decisions. The mystery of human behavior defies logic, yet logic is essential to decisions. My work explores these relationships. »
