About this artwork
In this work, I explored the deep connection and comfort that animals can offer to humans. Using acrylics, pastels and watercolors, I layered bright expressionist colors and pop art elements to capture an intimate and peaceful moment between a man and his cat. This composition is intended to evoke the tranquility and complicity that only the presence of a pet can offer, bringing a calming and loving energy to any environment in which it is placed.
