About this artwork
The use of silicones has ancient roots. During my years working as a shipyard worker, the bonding and distribution of the material itself always generated in me the vision of artistic forms that, at this stage of my life, are becoming such. "Lamiera," the title of the work, is the material on which this extremely engaging amaranth-hued silicone is used. The eternal conflict between geometric lines and the excesses of materials, symbolic of an ever-evolving…
balance, cannot be overlooked.
